It wasn’t a good heat race at the last round in Arlington for Cooper Webb despite grabbing the holeshot, with the championship leader getting run down and passed by title rival Ken Roczen.

The Roczen’s Honda teammate, Chase Sexton, put a move on Webb that left the championship leader on the ground and ultimately finishing fifth giving him a worse gate pick than he wanted for the main event.

But it was roles reversed in the main with Sexton crashing out in the sand Webb winning the main event in style saying, “I rode terrible in the heat race and didn’t like being put on the ground, that fired me up.”
