One done, two more to go and this time the FIM Motocross World Championship gears up for the MXGP of Città di Mantova, for the second race of three on schedule here in Mantova, Italy.
The championship chase is on, as Team HRC’s Tim Gajser now leads the MXGP Championship over Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Antonio Cairoli, meanwhile in MX2 Tom Vialle of the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing squad has managed to keep hold of the lead and extend it by nine points as Jago Geerts, the rider of Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Racing, sits in second.
Once again, it will be all to play for as the top riders in both categories go head-to-head for the win. No doubt Jeremy Seewer of Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Racing will be looking to repeat his podium success from last time around, as Tim Gajser, Antonio Cairoli, and Romain Febvre, among many others, will be looking to get up in the mix and have their chance of picking a victory in Mantova.
