The 250 West class returns this weekend in Denver as we head into the closure of the season. With just two races left and the final next weekend being an East/West shootout, RJ Hampshire is in the driver’s seat as he currently holds the points lead by two over Levi Kitchen. Kitchen was building momentum but as they went into Nashville he had found himself on the ground and at a deficit to the new leader. This weekend RJ Hampshire needs to finish in front of Kitchen to maintain the lead. 450 Riders have hit the track in Denver for the next race of the 2024 Supercross series. Jett Lawrence has been fast the past few weekends and usually tops the qualifying list in the last laps of the session. Last weekend his brother Hunter Lawrence was the top qualifier and has been building back from an injury earlier in the season. Cooper Webb has been fast in qualifying recently as well but has faded in the races the past few weekends. Webb needs to start grabbing some wins if he wants to stop Jett Lawrence’s dominance.
