Round one of the Supermotocross from Charlotte ZMAX Dragway is finally here. Riders did not have much time to prepare as they went directly from the motocross season into SMX with only one weekend off. Jett Lawrence returns as the reigning champion and is looking to add a second championship to his bag. However, Chase Sexton is coming off a recent motocross championship and has been putting in the work for SMX. Eli Tomac and Cooper Webb are also returning to try and dethrone Jett Lawrence. Haiden Deegan returns to defend his title but it will not be easy as many other riders are excited to prove their worth. Chance Hymas who has been selected to represent Team USA and MXON will be racing as well trying to grab a win. Levi Kitchen who was on a roll in the final rounds of motocross is also looking for the top spot on the podium.
