The new MXGP FIM Motocross World Championship season is about to be declared GO for 2025, and the action will come at a frantic pace after such a long wait from the new and exciting venue of Córdoba, the second largest city of Argentina!
The Infinito Race Track hosts the YPF Infinia MXGP of Argentina, and is situated to the eastern edge of the city, known as “The Heart of Argentina”, and 350 km (590 miles) north-west of the capital Buenos Aires. The new location will see a warmer climate and larger city population than previous races in Argentina, and a large crowd is likely to attend and enjoy the world class event at the tail end of the region’s summer season!
Five-time MXGP World Champion Tim Gajser has won three MXGPs in Argentina and looks to be the favourite, but eternal challenger and former World Champion Romain Febvre will be right in the mix, and hot rookie Lucas Coenen looks to break into the big class with a strong debut! This event will also see the start of the exciting Aruba.it Ducati Factory MX Team’s first full season in MXGP with popular pilots Jeremy Seewer and Mattia Guadagnini!
