Hunter Lawrence’s fifth place in Glendale’s main event does jump off of the page, but it was the best that he has ridden in 2024 Monster Energy Supercross by some margin. Battling inside of the top five was an important step, of course, but the raw pace that he showed whilst rubbing shoulders with some of those greats was incredibly encouraging.
