It was tough to watch as Pro Circuit Kawasaki Austin Forkner, who had led the entire race after passing Deegan, suffered a brutal crash in the last couple of minutes, landing on his neck on the concrete. He was taken away in tears, wearing a neck brace. Despite riding at his best, one mistake brought it all to an end. Supercross can be unforgiving.
Following his brutal crash at the Arlington round of AMA Supercross, an update has been provided on Austin Forkner’s condition, with Jason Weigandt stating on the broadcast he’s been taken to hospital to get his shoulder evaluated.
