It was exciting to see Ken Roczen compete in the 250cc class at the final round of the AMA Nationals at Unadilla. Despite not having raced in the 250cc class for years, he performed quite well.
However, Roczen shared on social media that he wasn’t feeling great leading up to the event and was struggling with low energy, but he didn’t want to withdraw.
Hopefully, he’ll resolve these issues before the MXoN in October, as a fully fit Roczen could make Germany a formidable contender.

The good news is, I still know how to ride a dirt bike. The bad news is not for long.
I am having some difficulties with my energy system at the moment and I knew that going into last weekend but by no means did I want to pull out and sit on the couch. Nothing I haven’t dealt with before and I will get it under control.
I did not feel too hot even going into Unadilla but luckily I could manage as it was not hot there. Who knows I may be coming back some time in the future for a little redemption in the 250cc class.
I have already started working on myself as we know how and what to do and I am confident it’s all uphill from here. Thanks to everyone that made this happen it was awesome to see people come together and work themselves to the bones for me!
