Carter Gray recently experienced a challenging race, where he initially crossed the finish line in first place but was docked for jumping a section that had been permitted earlier in the weekend. Despite a last-minute rule change just minutes before the main event, Gray, following advice from his coach, decided to ride confidently and do what felt right. Although the penalty dropped him to third place, the experience left him with unforgettable memories, reminding him that success isn’t just about trophies but the journey itself.
Carter Gray – When it’s all said and done I won the race! They docked me for jumping the finish line. A jump they allowed us to jump over 2 days and decided 10 minutes before the main event we couldn’t do it any longer. My coach told me on the line do the jumps you feel you can do no matter what. I’m sad I have a third place trophy but I have memories that will last a lifetime!
