Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s streak of bad luck continues in 2025, as yet another rider has suffered an injury. This time, title contender Cameron McAdoo went down during pre-season testing, tearing his ACL. The crash happened last week, but despite the injury, McAdoo is planning to line up for the Tampa Supercross tomorrow.
Interestingly, McAdoo hinted that the crash was not entirely his fault, suggesting that a bike issue may have played a role.
Cameron McAdoo coming into Tampa with a torn ACL
“I can confirm it, last week I had something happen out of my personal control and I did fully tear my ACL. I’m happy to be here with you guys and God willing I’ll be able to do this tomorrow. I feel like the team worked too hard and I worked too hard for this to be the way the racing portion of 2025 ends. I owe it to myself and my team to give it everything I have. Right now the goal is to get through supercross, but we’re taking it week by week for now. I think everyone knows if there’s anyone that can do this, it’s me.“
