Jeremy Martin Set for 2025 Pro Motocross Comeback with Star Racing Yamaha!

    By DirtbikeLoverMay 6, 2025Updated:May 6, 2025No Comments2 Mins Read

After stepping away from racing due to injury during the 2024 Supercross season, Jeremy Martin is officially making a comeback—this time for the 2025 Pro Motocross Championship. In a move that brings his story full circle, Martin is rejoining Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha for a three-race deal on a 250, marking his third stint with the team.

The news, first reported by Steve Matthes, adds a compelling twist to an already exciting season:

“Heard J Mart is doing a three-race deal with Star Yamaha and then everyone will see how it goes. Martin’s third stint w Star! Pretty cool story if he does well.”

Martin hasn’t raced since March 9, 2024, when he finished fifth in the 250SX East Region Supercross round in Birmingham. Concussion-related symptoms forced him to sit out the rest of that season, and his future as a racer looked uncertain. In 2025, however, he’s already been actively involved with Star Racing Yamaha—as the VIP Host for their race-day fan experience—proving he still has a strong connection to the sport and the team.

Now, with a limited deal in place, fans will get to see if the two-time 250 Pro Motocross Champion can recapture his form and write a new chapter in an already impressive career. If things go well, this could open the door to a full-time return.
