Lucas Mirtl records himself speaking from his couch, denying all allegations of financial misconduct. He claims the accusations are baseless and have severely damaged his reputation and family. Mirtl says the fallout could take a lifetime to repair and that the legal pressure from the Lawrence camp has left him buried in attorney fees. He adds that he’s prepared to lose his home and possessions if that’s the outcome, but insists he’s had enough — it’s time to fight back and reveal “who the real Lawrences are.”
He goes on to name members of the Lawrence family and individuals associated with the Wasserman agency before declaring, “So here it is, Episode #1.” He then plays the first installment of a video series, which features two clips of Jett Lawrence. In the first, a young Jett is seen laughing and using a racial slur, and in the second, a more recent clip shows Jett testing a microphone and using another offensive racial term. The video is clearly intended to portray Jett Lawrence in a highly negative and controversial light.
Jett Lawrence, 4–5 years ago as a kid, said something immature, and Mirtl now believes this could be a career-ending moment for him. But with the video titled Episode 1, does that mean he has more videos to release?
