Unadilla National proved to be a rough outing for Michael Mosiman. The Californian qualified tenth overall but got stuck deep in the pack off the first moto start. Unfortunately, an early crash in a far corner of the track before the Skyshot tabletop ended his day, leaving him with a cut above his eye and unable to continue.
Despite the setback, Mosiman currently holds tenth in the 250 Class AMA Pro Motocross Championship after a summer of both strong rides and tough crashes. He also sits tenth in the SuperMotocross World Championship (SMX) Playoffs standings.
Mosiman had a promising start to the day, qualifying 10th, but unfortunately had a big crash on Lap 2 of the first moto before the Skyshot jump. The Californian withdrew from the race and received stitches for a cut above his eye. An update on his status will follow at a later date.
