The 250 East Coast class is ready for the night as Hunter Lawrence leads the points championship and qualified fastest earlier in the day. We’re crossing our fingers that something interesting happens (and if you scroll down below you’ll find out real quick that things did in fact get interesting.) The Detroit track was slick in the morning and we only imagine it’ll shape up the same when the Main Event comes.
The Premier class has entered chilly Detroit to once again race on a Saturday. However, things have shaken up in the points as Eli Tomac has been overtaken by Cooper Webb. As things get even tighter in the points hunt, we move even closer to the edge of our seats. Will Cooper Webb extend the lead? Will Eli Tomac take the red plate back?
