Today, the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) post-race penalty report went public, and not only is Haiden Deegan’s two-position penalty listed for cutting the track, but he is also noted with a code of conduct violation in the heat race.
We just read the AMA’s post-race penalty report, and it not only contains the two-position penalty for Gaining an Advantage While Off Track, but a $1000 Code of Conduct fine for his 250SX Heat Race. Haiden headed over to Seth Hammaker’s pit after the heat to voice his displeasure with a first turn pileup, and he was pretty vocal while their bikes were locked up in the crash. Remember Deegan also made that aggressive pass on Coty Schock in the last turn of the main. He was not fined or penalized for that, but from the very first turn of the night to the very last, it was quite an evening for the #38!
