Jeffrey Herlings With Broken Collarbone Again At Beach Race – Vlissingen

    By DirtbikeLoverOctober 22, 2023Updated:October 22, 2023No Comments1 Min Read

Red Bull Factory KTM Jeffrey Herlings suffered a hard fall in the final stages of the Beach Cross in Vilssingen, Netherlands.

Herlings was competing in the Beach Cross in Vilssingen, in Holland. In the first heat he won after battling Kay de Wolf. Later in the second race he was leading until, a few laps from the end, Herlings collided with a turn in a wave area, causing a hard fall of which the KTM Red Bull rider ended up taking the brunt of it. The first medical records have confirmed the clavicle fracture.

This is the third collarbone fracture Herlings has suffered this season. Let us remember that during the 2023 MXGP campaign, Herlings suffered a serious injury at the Teutschenthal GP, Germany, which ended his aspirations for the title, and months later he would suffer a new clavicle fracture during the free practice of the Arnhem GP, which would deprive him of competing before his audience.

Jeffrey Herlings won the opening moto but suffered from a DNF in moto two.
