Max Anstie initially secured the holeshot and established a significant lead. However, a red flag halted the race due to a crash involving Cameron McAdoo. At the time of the stoppage, Anstie had a seven-second advantage over Levi Kitchen. Upon the race’s restart, Kitchen was positioned directly behind Anstie. Kitchen quickly overtook Anstie and maintained the lead to clinch the victory, while Anstie finished in second place.
Wow that sucks so bad for Max. I can’t see any way that situation is acceptable for our sport. Last week when they had red flags it was if 90% of race was done. This week rule changes to if there’s time left on the clock?
