They should have let the clock run down those last seven seconds and then called the race if it was an immediate situation that needed to be addressed on the track. I 100% think the call was wrong, especially with the seven-second lead Max had. Now, if we were in a bar-to-bar battle, I think that would justify a staggered restart and an all-out sprint.
