Round 9 is finally over and the action did not miss this time around. We may have spent a few weeks off with no motocross on the weekends, but Unadilla offered plenty of battles and crashes to get us excited to finish the season. In the 450 class, it was once again a battle royale between Eli Tomac and Chase Sexton.
There is no doubt that there was something special in Chase Sexton’s cereal this morning. (Cerea)sly. When the gate dropped during the motos, Chase found some sort of momentum to carry him up to the front and win by more than 10 seconds in both races, catching Eli by surprise, especially in the first moto. Now, Chase has just a single digit to his lead in the point standings and with only three races left, we’re eager to see what goes down in this final stretch.
