During the second 250 Group A qualifying session at the Hangtown Classic on May 31, 2025 — the second round of the 2025 Pro Motocross Championship — rising rider Trevor Colip was involved in a serious crash. Medical personnel on-site quickly responded, and Colip was transported to a nearby hospital emergency room for further evaluation.
It was confirmed that Trevor suffered a broken femur in the accident. Unfortunately, complications arose during treatment, and he remains in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as of the latest update.

Trevor was evaluated by the medical team at the track and then transported to a local hospital emergency room. The accident resulted in a broken femur, and further complications were experienced during treatment at the hospital, where he remains in the ICU as of this statement.
