After the penalization of Tom Vialle for accelerating off-track and being docked 1 position in 250 Moto 1 at Fox Raceway, Haiden Deegan did exactly the same thing in the same moto and didn’t get a penalty. The 250 official results are still not out, so we assume that FIM is still likely deliberating over Haiden Deegan’s off-track excursion late in the moto.
