Haiden Deegan is back on his bike after taking a month off to rest and have some metal removed from his wrist. With everything healed and both mind and body refreshed, he’s now gearing up to pursue his first Supercross title in 2025. His dad, Brian, admitted to feeling a bit nervous about Haiden returning directly to the Supercross track after the break, but he was impressed by how smoothly Haiden eased back into Supercross techniques.
Brian said: “1st day back on the bike on new fresh build SX track. Few laps and hitting a bunch of quads. It’s really wild how good the muscle memory is. Not touching a dirtbike for well over a month. I was a little nervous at first, but it goes to show you the new technical level of the elites. There is definitely a new version of the game this time around.”
