Monster Energy Yamaha factory rider Eli Tomac did it again. The defending AMA 450 supercross champion showed once again why he is the favorite to win again in 2023, although it didn’t come easy and it came with mistakes by both Chase Sexton and himself. He spoke with the World press and said some interesting stuff.
Eli Tomac on the Heat Race – I didn’t have that speed in practice in the whoops, I mean, I was good, but I wasn’t that much faster. I was really strong in the heat, I knew I would be better this week, with these conditions and this track.
