After the final decision of Zach Osborne to step away from the sport, Steve Matthes in the latest Podcast episode explaines that Rockstar Husqvarna did not even hire him as a team coach !! Zach was hesitant about 2022 AMA MX and SX season about whether he will continue to race or not due to back injury.. Steve says that lot of riders would have raced one more year with Factory team even if they struggle whole season only for the money unlike Zach who said ” I don’t want to take your money”, I’m done with racing, I’m retiring !!
After winning 4 championships in AMA Motocross and Supercross with Rockstar Husqvarna, Zach Osborne wasn’t asked if he wanted to stay in the team as a coach or trainer.
