The 2025 Ironman National is officially here, and it’s set to be an exciting one as Haiden Deegan just announced his contract extension with Star Racing Yamaha, stating that he will move up to the 450 class for Outdoors next year. When we left off at Washougal, it was Chase Sexton who ended Jett Lawrence’s overall win streak this season with his 1-2 moto scores, compared to Jett’s 3-1 results. However, it’s hard to expect that Jett Lawrence, a rider who has only lost two overalls in the 24 total 450 National events he’s entered (first at Hangtown in 2024 and second at Washougal three weeks ago), will be beaten again today.
