    2026 AMA Supercross & Motocross Teams – Who’s Racing Where!?

    The 2026 Monster Energy Supercross season is approaching quickly and its all set to kick off at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California, on Saturday, January 10th. In this article, we’ve combined a list of the major teams and riders who have signed contracts for the 2026 Supercross, Motocross and SuperMotocross season.

    Here’s a rundown of how we expect the pit area to look at rounds of the Monster Energy Supercross Championship, Pro Motocross Championship, and SuperMotocross World Championship in 2026.

    Team Honda HRC

    450SX Class


    • #1 — Jett Lawrence (CRF450RWE) – Out of Supercross Due Ankle Injury
      Jett returns as the team’s headline rider. At just 22, he already has 10 professional AMA titles, including the 2025 AMA Pro Motocross and SuperMotocross championships. After missing part of the 2025 Supercross season due to injury, his main goal in 2026 is to reclaim the AMA Supercross Premier Class title.
    • #96 — Hunter Lawrence (CRF450RWE)
      Jett’s older brother and key contender in the 450 class, Hunter has been consistently at the front when healthy and is expected to be a major factor again.

    250SX Class

    • Chance Hymas (CRF250RWE)
      Back for another season in the 250SX West and Pro Motocross. After breakout results, he’s considered one of the strong young riders on the team.
    • Jo Shimoda (CRF250RWE)
      Re-signed with Honda HRC for 2026 after a standout 2025 that included winning the SuperMotocross 250 Championship and historic AMA results — he became the first Japanese rider to win a professional AMA motocross/supercross title. His return from a recent injury is being closely watched.

    Monster Energy/Star Racing/Yamaha

    450SX Class

    • Cooper Webb – Reigning 2025 450 Supercross Champion, Cooper Webb returns in 2026 as a former multi-time title winner and the proven leader of Yamaha’s premier-class effort, firmly established as a top championship contender..
    • Justin Cooper – Justin Cooper continues full-time in the 450 class for 2026, building on his steady progression as he targets consistent podium finishes and his first breakout wins in the premier division.
    • Haiden Deegan – Haiden Deegan begins his transition to the full 450 class starting with the 2026 Pro Motocross season, marking the next major step in his career as he takes his championship-winning intensity to the premier division.

    250SX Class

    • Haiden Deegan enters 2026 as one of the top title favorites in Supercross, carrying strong momentum, confidence, and a relentless win-or-nothing mindset.
    • Nate Thrasher – Proven race winner and consistent 250SX podium threat.
    • Michael Mosiman – Veteran presence bringing experience and depth to the 250 program.
    • Max Anstie – Newly crowned 250 FIM World Supercross Champion, Max Anstie brings international race-winning experience, leadership, and proven consistency into the 2026 season as a key force in the 250 class..
    • Pierce Brown – Rising contender coming off strong results and growing momentum.
    • Caden Dudney – Caden Dudney enters the 2026 season as a determined 250 class competitor, continuing to build his reputation with gritty performances and steady improvement as he looks to break through with consistent main-event results.
    • Kayden Minear – Highly touted Australian prospect Kayden Minear makes his move into the 250 ranks for 2026, bringing international hype, raw speed, and a fearless racing style as he begins his Supercross and Pro Motocross journey in the U.S.
    • Carson Wood – Carson Wood enters the 2026 season as an emerging 250 class talent, continuing his development in Supercross and Pro Motocross while aiming to turn raw speed and determination into consistent main-event results.
    • Landen Gordon – Landen Gordon heads into the 2026 season as a promising young 250 class rider, focused on gaining experience and momentum as he works to establish himself with consistent performances in Supercross and Pro Motocross.

    Red Bull KTM Factory Racing

    450SX Class

    250SX Class

    • #13 Julien Beaumer – Julien Beaumer is expected to remain with Red Bull KTM in the 250 class for 2026 after showing strong speed and rapid progression early in his pro career.     • Jason Anderson – Jason Anderson joins Nichols and Roczen as a key teammate on the Suzuki RM‑Z450, providing aggressive racing and championship experience. Known for his bold riding style, Anderson is set to make a strong push for wins and the 450SX title in 2026.

    Troy Lee Designs Red Bull Ducati Factory Racing

    450SX Class

    • Justin Barcia – Veteran AMA Supercross and Motocross star joins Ducati’s first full‑factory off‑road program for 2026 aboard the Desmo450 MX‑based Supercross/Motocross machine.
    • Dylan Ferrandis – 2021 AMA 450MX Champion signs with the new Ducati factory team for 2026, bringing experience and title pedigree.

    Liqui Moly Beta Racing

    450SX Class

    AEO Powersports KTM Racing

    250SX Class

    • Carson Mumford – Signs with AEO Powersports KTM Racing for 2026; former Honda rider switching to KTM and set to line up at Anaheim 1.
    • Avery Long – Re‑signed with AEO Powersports KTM for his second professional season in 2026 and returning after a solid rookie year.

    Team owner Jeremy Scism leads the California‑based squad, which continues its mission of developing young talent with KTM support and has parted ways with Lux Turner ahead of 2026.

    FirePower Honda

    450SX Class

    • Joey Savatgy – Signed with FirePower Honda to race their Honda CRF450R in 2025 and expected to continue into 2026, contesting AMA Supercross, AMA Motocross, SMX and WSX events.
    • Shane McElrath

    Phoenix Racing Honda

    250SX Class – All-East region

    • Cullin Park – Long-time 250SX rider with Phoenix Racing Honda; expected to return for 2026 SX competition in the East/West 250 class.
    • Evan Ferry – Evan Ferry enters 2026 with renewed motivation following an injury-shortened 2025 season. Despite setbacks, Ferry showed flashes of his potential, most notably during his heat race performance at Anaheim 1, before being sidelined.
    • Gavin Towers – Returned to U.S. racing and has been listed with Phoenix Racing Honda 250 entries.

    Partzilla / Blaster Power PRMX Kawasaki

    450SX Class

    • Mitchell Harrison – 450SX rider with Partzilla PRMX Kawasaki, continuing his role in the premier class for the 2026 season.

    250SX Class

    • Hamden Hudson — Signed with Partzilla Blaster Power PRMX Kawasaki and will race in AMA Supercross (250 class) as part of the team’s 2026 program. He’s also expected to compete in Arenacross and Motocross with the team.
    • Leum Oehlhof — Joined the Partzilla Blaster Power PRMX Kawasaki team for 2026 and is expected to compete in AMA Supercross alongside Arenacross and SMX Next series action.

    • Henry Miller – Henry Miller is a seasoned American pro who’s been racing Supercross and Motocross since 2016 and has earned respect as a strong privateer and versatile competitor across both 250SX East/West and 450SX/X classes. In 2026 he returns with experience and gritty determination, aiming to build on his consistent results and continued presence in the pro ranks.

    250SX Class

    ISRT Kawasaki

    450SX Class

    • Vince Friese – Veteran American racer joins ISRT Kawasaki for 2026, bringing major experience and aiming to lead the team in Supercross and Pro Motocross.
    • Max Miller – Returns to ISRT and moves up to full-time 450SX for 2026 after strong performances in the 250 class.
    • Cornelius Tøndel – Norwegian MXGP talent transitions to U.S. racing for the first time with ISRT Kawasaki in the 450 class.

    250SX Class

    • Noah Viney – Canadian rider signed to ride for ISRT Kawasaki in the 250 class, planning to contest AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross as part of his first full U.S. season.

    • Marcus Phelps – Third season with DBD/KTM and looking to rebound toward stronger SX/MX results.
