Racing heads to Detroit this weekend, and it’s wild to realize we’re already 11 rounds deep into the 17-round 2026 season. Hunter Lawrence holds a 9-point advantage over Eli Tomac as the title fight tightens, with Hunter edging closer to his first 450 championship—especially impressive considering he only grabbed his first 450 win earlier this year.
But counting out Tomac would be a mistake. One of the most determined riders in Supercross, he’s sure to keep the pressure on the Honda rider in the coming rounds.
In the 250 class, Cole Davies continues to lead over Seth Hammaker. With Pierce Brown sidelined due to a collarbone injury, the battle is shaping up between the top two. Davies has shown the most speed so far, but Hammaker is still within striking distance.
