Aaron Plessinger, in the first-ever motocross radio show called DMXS Radio, confirmed his intention to rejoin Red Bull KTM for the upcoming 2024 AMA Supercross and Motocross season. During the show, hosted by David Izer, the Ohio native engaged in discussions about various topics such as horses, performing country music live, his distinctive Red Bull Straight Rhythm blue jean attire, and, naturally, motocross. The conversation between Izer and AP encompassed his unfortunate crash towards the end of the Detroit Supercross, which prevented him from securing his inaugural 450SX main event victory. They also delved into subjects like racing in muddy conditions, his mishap involving the TV camera at Salt Lake City SX, his merchandise line, and a plethora of other intriguing matters.

In the show, Plessinger said the following:
“Uh, yeah, I mean that’s the plan. …Yeah, yeah, I’m up to sign, but it’s no really secret to me right now. I don’t care if the news is out: I actually just re-signed with KTM for 2024. So, I’m locked in for 2024 and we are full force.”
He added:
“Yeah, yeah, man. I mean, I can’t thank these guys enough for how much they have put into it. And the heart I see off the track is just as much heart as I put in on the track. So these guys have been working day in, day out, getting the bike better. I think we have a phenomenal setup for outdoors. And they continue to just fill my needs on the bike. It was crazy, at the first start, the bike wasn’t where we wanted it. But these dues, they put their heads down, they came up with some parts and really made the bike what it is now. And obviously you see, I mean Coop [Cooper Webb], he was close to winning the [supercross] championship this year after getting fifth or whatever he did last year. So, they have really, really turned it around. And I say we are in a really, really good spot. And I cannot wait to get this outdoors started and continue into next year.”
