Today marked a big win for law enforcement and the ClubMX community. Deputies from the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office recovered nearly $70,000 in stolen property linked to the April 19, 2026 ClubMX theft. The case moved quickly after a tip came in around 8:00 AM, triggering an immediate and coordinated response that led to a full recovery by the end of the day.
All reported stolen items were located and secured. During the investigation, deputies also recovered a stolen pickup truck out of Pickens County.
Recovered items include:
• 2025 Husqvarna FC250 (white/black)
• 2025 Husqvarna FC350 (blue/white)
• 2018 Kawasaki Z125 Pro
• 2021 Kawasaki KLX110R (black/orange)
• 7×14 black V-shaped enclosed trailer
A 2024 Husqvarna FC250 initially listed as stolen was later confirmed safe with its owners.
Arrests made:
• James Murry Hicks, 53 (Hartsville)
• Raymond Luke Edward Watkins Jr., 33 (Hartsville)
Both face:
• 5 counts of Grand Larceny
• 1 count of Possession of a Stolen Vehicle
The investigation remains ongoing, with more developments and possible arrests expected.
This case highlights the power of community tips and rapid response. One call led to a major recovery and the identification of those responsible.
