The 2023 Anaheim 2 Supercross is right around the corner, marking the second and final time that the series will compete in Angel Stadium this year. In the past, Anaheim has held up to three races, but for 2023, two events was deemed enough. After two races we’ve seen a plethora of drama, but fairly consistent results at the front of the pack. Eli Tomac and Jett Lawrence are two-time winners, Cooper Webb and RJ Hampshire are two-time runner-ups and Cameron McAdoo is a two-time third place finisher so far. The only podium flip flop was with third place in the 450SX class with Justin Barcia and Chase Sexton taking the honors at the first two races.
It has been a fairly subdued start to the new term, with the same winners in both classes, but this weekend’s Triple Crown should inject some excitement into the championship chase.
