World Motocross and AMA Champion Ben Townley made the trip across the ditch to support his son Jagger racing at the Australian Nationals. We took a couple of days out of the studio to do some one on one coaching with Ben (full video coming soon) and then to catch up for the podcast. Bens first appearance on the podcast was in 2019 where we went deep into his career, but this time, we wanted to do a podcast that matches our phone calls during the week.
