Carson Carr Passed Away At Age of 24 – GODSPEED!!

    adminBy adminApril 2, 2022Updated:April 2, 2022No Comments2 Mins Read

We are incredibly sad to see that the charismatic Southern California native and privateer Pro motocross racer, Carson Carr has passed away after sustaining a practice crash. At 24 years old, Carson passed away after suffering injuries that he sustained in a crash on March 6th, 2022. Carson was well known for his style on the track and his smile in the pits.

Carson had been engulfed in the Southern California motocross scene from a young age and he had spent many years traveling the country to race the amateur Nationals with his family and friends. He turned Pro and competed in multiple AMA Nationals in 2018 and 2019 before trying his hand at off-road racing. Eventually Carson transitioned from racing full-time to working at multiple companies within the industry including D.R.D Racing, and, most recently, AEO Powersports. Even with a day job, Carson never stopped riding or racing.

Carson’s father, Rob, reported the news via instagram on April 1st:

“Never let the world change your smile, but let your smile change the world.

After struggling to overcome injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident Carson Carr passed away peacefully this past weekend at home with his family. Carson touched many lives, which has been clear the last few weeks. We are so incredibly moved by all the love and support we have received from all of you. Thank you to all our friends and family for their continued prayers and support. We cannot express what it has meant to us all.

We will be organizing a celebration of life and will share those details soon. We would love to see any photos or videos you have of @cablecarr153by using #cc153.
❤️ Rob, Tissa & Tyler Carr”
