A 32-year-old Orlando man was arrested Monday afternoon on a domestic violence battery charge following an incident at a residence in Orange County, according to court records and jail information.
Jason Anderson was taken into custody on December 15, 2025, after deputies with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call regarding a reported domestic disturbance at a home on Via Vittoria Way in Orlando.
According to an arrest affidavit, deputies arrived at the residence around 2:00 p.m. after receiving reports of a dispute between a married couple. A neighbor reportedly provided video footage showing the couple arguing in front of the home.
The victim told deputies the argument stemmed from accusations of infidelity and the discovery of other women’s phone numbers on Anderson’s cellphone. During the dispute, she alleged that Anderson grabbed her laptop and, after leaving the home, returned and struck her in the side before grabbing her neck.
Deputies documented visible injuries, and photographs were taken at the scene. The victim also provided a sworn written statement.
Anderson was arrested at the scene without incident and transported to the Orange County Jail. Jail records list his charge as battery (domestic violence). His booking number is 25039908, and he was booked into custody on December 15, 2025.
The case remains pending in Orange County court.
