This weekend marked the 25th edition of the International Hawkstone Park race in Europe, where Jeffrey Herlings finished 4-1 in both motos for 2nd overall. Guys from Gatedrop caught up with Herlings after the race for some questions. Herlings was asked if he still feels that he is the fastest man on the planet under the hood.
Herlings said, “At least one thing is for sure: I’m happy I don’t need to race Jett Lawrence. I don’t think I can match his speed. I’m open and honest; I don’t think I can match his speed anymore. I think on my good days, like in 2018, maybe I could have, but for me, he is the fastest guy around for Supercross and Outdoors.”
