Josh Hill Injury Update – Dislocated Hip and Fractured Pelvis

    adminBy adminFebruary 14, 2022Updated:February 14, 2022No Comments1 Min Read

Josh Hill confirmed on his Instagram story yesterday that he sustained a dislocated hip and fractured pelvis in a crash during qualifying at round 6 of Monster Energy AMA Supercross on Saturday at Anaheim 3.

Hill was a late replacement on the Monster Energy/Team Tedder team after Benny Bloss sustained a pre-season injury.

The former race winner had made three 450 main events coming into round six, with a season-best 18th coming at San Diego and Anaheim 2.

“Yesterday was one of those days,” Hill wrote. “Ended up with a dislocated hip and a fractured pelvis, but knowing I’m going to miss some races is what hurts most. I have been having so much fun being back racing and working with every from Team Tedder, and I felt like I was improving every time I touched the bike.”
