At the MXoN press conference for Team Netherlands, Kay de Wolf—currently one of the best MX2 riders in the world after finishing second in the 2025 MXGP MX2 season—spoke about a battle we all wanted to see: Haiden Deegan vs. Kay de Wolf at Ironman. Unfortunately, Deegan suffered a collarbone injury and was sidelined for MXoN.
During the press conference, Kay mentioned that he spoke with Haiden over the weekend and even asked him if he was scared of a takeout—something that had Haiden laughing.
