A decade-plus drought at the Motocross of Nations ended when Team USA returned to the top step of the podium and were awarded the Chamberlain Trophy. All three riders played their role at the international event, as Eli Tomac earned 1-6 results as the MXGP rider, Justin Cooper was the top finisher in the MX2 category with 9-4 results, and Chase Sexton stayed consistent with 2-3 finishes, scores that when combined gave the Americans a seven-point advantage over runners-up France. After the race we grabbed time with Tomac, Cooper, and Sexton to discuss the weekend.
