Vince Friese & Mitchell Harrison Penalized After Anaheim 2 Supercross!

    By DirtbikeLoverJanuary 25, 2026Updated:January 25, 2026No Comments1 Min Read

Vince Friese and Mitchell Harrison were involved in a heated confrontation following Anaheim 2.
After the race, Harrison went to confront Friese, who invited him into his rig. The situation quickly escalated when Friese charged Harrison, leading to a brief scuffle.

The tension followed an incident in the final turn of the 450SX main event, where Friese took out Harrison. Race Direction penalized both riders, with Friese receiving two additional license points, bringing his total to four. Friese was also docked five championship points for the move, leaving him in the negative for Anaheim 2 per the RD review.

Steve Matthes caught up with Harrison after the race in a Post-Race Pulpcasts interview. Harrison said he was frustrated so he went to talk to Friese, who told him to come into his team’s rig. Harrison said he agreed, then Friese “just charges” at him and they broke out into a fight.

Thanks. I was told after race that it was just championship points which didn’t make sense https://t.co/ZMOIW1BnDR
